This site is run by WoW Forever Talent Calculator, an independent fan project, which is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions about privacy can be sent to [contact@wowforevertalentcalculator.org](mailto:contact@wowforevertalentcalculator.org).

## Your builds stay in your browser

The talent calculator and the Legacy planner run in your browser tab. The points you spend are written to the page address after the # sign and to your browser's local storage, so the last build for each class is there when you come back. Neither is sent to this site: the part of an address after # is never sent to a server, and local storage stays on your device. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

When you turn on Compare to Classic, your browser downloads a small file of Classic talent texts from this site. The request contains no build or personal data.

## What the hosting provider receives

The site is a set of static files hosted on Cloudflare. Like any website, Cloudflare receives technical request data when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, and uses it to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This site does not run its own analytics on that data.

## No accounts, analytics or advertising

There are no user accounts, sign-ups, analytics scripts, advertising or tracking cookies on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated first and will name the services involved.

## Email

If you email us, we receive your address and your message and use them only to answer you and to fix the issue you report. We keep them only as long as needed for that.

## Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you and to have it corrected or deleted. Because the calculator stores builds only in your own browser, the only personal data we could hold is email you sent us.

## Children

The site is not aimed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data.
